This page explains what information this website collects, why, and who it is shared with. The site has no forms and no accounts: it does not ask you for any personal data.
Who is responsible
This website is run by Erman Turkeli, Adriaen van Ostadelaan 122E, 3583 AM Utrecht, the Netherlands (KvK 91649366). Because he is established in the Netherlands, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies.
Visit statistics
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count which pages are visited, from which kind of device and roughly from which country. It sets an analytics cookie for this. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. The legal basis is a legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used; you can switch it off with the Decline button in the cookie bar, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser to be asked again.
Advertising measurement
The site includes the Google Ads tag, which measures whether visitors arriving from an ad go on to get in touch. It stays off, and sets no advertising cookies, until you press Accept in the cookie bar. Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie.
Videos and music
Videos come from YouTube and albums from Spotify. Nothing is loaded from them until you press play: only then does the player open, and from that moment YouTube or Spotify receive your IP address and may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. YouTube videos are embedded in its privacy-enhanced mode.
Phone, WhatsApp and e-mail
The phone, WhatsApp and e-mail links open your own app. Whatever you then send reaches Erman directly and is used only to answer you and, if you book, to arrange the lesson or performance. It is kept as long as needed for that and for bookkeeping obligations.
Who receives data
Some of these services are based outside the European Union. Transfers to them rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

Write to [email protected] about anything concerning your data. Requests to see, correct or delete it are answered within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
